Classification: Vinho Regional Lisboa
Vinification: The hand-picked grapes go through a tight selection process in the vineyard and winery. The grapes are gently crushed and pressed. Fermentation occurs in low temperatures on stainless steel vats followed by ageing on fine lees until the end of January. Light filtration before bottling.
Consumption: Should be drunk around 6-8ºC.
