Winemaking: The hand-picked grapes went through a tight selection process in the vineyard and winery. The grapes are intencionally left in the vineyards until end of October. After gentle crush, went trought a skin maceration for 12h. The fermentation was made in old french oak barrels, being stoped with low temperatures.

TASTING NOTES

Vineyards: Grapes came from vineyards that are planted on the slopes of Adraga Beach.

Year: The winter was hot and rainy, resulting in a very early sacking. The vegetative cycle to the close of the bunch was long and quite troubled due to a cold and extremely rainy spring, where powdery mildew was a constant threat. The summer was only felt at the end of August, and the harvest was late.

Winemaker Comment: Gold with a beautiful amber color. Crystallized marmalade aromas, with some ripened peaches notes, light presence of almonds, tangerine skin and baked  yellow apples. On the palate, notes of oily texture, honeyed sweetness character, balanced with crispy acidity and final
hints of tobacco leafs.

Consumption: Should be drunk at 8-10ºC.
