Vinification The hand-picked grapes go through a tight selection process in the vineyard and winery. Skin Maceration of 50% of the grapes between 6-8 hours gently crushed and pressed. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel vats followed by ageing on fine lees until the end of January. Light filtration before bottling.

Consumption: Should be drunk around 6-8ºC.

Alcohol: 13%

TASTING NOTES

Color: Very bright green.

Aroma: Young very aromatic and intense with lime green melon asparagus and white pepper.

Palate: Oily texture, refreshing acidity good length green flavor typical from the variety and from our terroir, textured and crispy acidity supporting the wine.
