Vinification The hand-picked grapes go through a tight selection process in the vineyard and winery. Skin Maceration of 50% of the grapes between 6-8 hours gently crushed and pressed. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel vats followed by ageing on fine lees until the end of January. Light filtration before bottling.
Consumption: Should be drunk around 6-8ºC.
